If you are not totally happy about your item or you would like a different size, you may exchange it for store credit. Refunds are available, but must meet requirements listed below.

ALL REFUNDS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. an email MUST be sent to email@example.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please use the word REFUND in the subject line for quicker response time. Your email should include the reason for the refund, your order number, full name, email and date received. If this information is missing we may not be able to complete your request..
2. You will then receive an email with your RA number. You MUST write this RA number on the OUTSIDE of the box or your return WILL NOT BE processed. This is because it is going to our fulfillment center, and they also ship for other brands - this RA number is the only way they know which brand and how to process.
3. Item must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories attached.
4. You will receive the CURRENT ONLINE STORE PRICE, so if the item has gone on sale (not a code-bearing promo) you will only receive the CURRENT ONLINE RETAIL VALUE.
5. We DO NOT accept returns on SALE, vintage, jewelry, underwear, beauty products, discounted or items that were part of a special offer. Your item must have been purchased thru our website, not from a store. So, all sale items are FINAL SALE.
6. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
7. All items that were full price, but discounted using a code will be STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges. Any returned or exchanged items must returned within two weeks of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion.

4. The item is not a custom item, beauty product, vintage, jewelry or underwear.
5. The item is not from a store.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it registered post.
