REFUNDS: Refunds will only apply to items that have been purchased at full price. For a refund please click here for our returns center.
Refunds are processed as they are received. Once your item arrives at our facility and passes the inspection for wear, stains, tags removed, damages etc, please allow 14-21 days for your refund to reach your bank account. We'll send you an email when your refund has been processed. Customers are responsible to send their return items to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your return. Once your item is refunded, depending on your bank, it takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. But again, for a refund please click here for our returns center.
SIZE EXCHANGE: Please email: info@sugarhighlovestoned.com for a size exchange with your order number & the word "EXCHANGE" in the subject line. Your email should contain what item and size you would like to exchange for.

  • b. Your exchange was purchased through our website, not from a store.
  • 2. You will receive an email containing instructions to your RA number. You will put that number on the OUTSIDE of your package. **Please note: if you do not have this number, your order cannot be processed** If a returned item comes back stained, dirty, or have any suspicion of being used your size exchange cannot be processed. 
  • 3. We DO NOT accept exchanges on SALE, vintage, jewelry, underwear, beauty products, discounted or items that were part of a special offer. So, all sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • 4. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • 5. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. Our company is not responsible for any shipping charges which occur from an exchanged item. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
  • 6. Any returned or exchanged items must be shipped to us within the 14 day window (if you are shipping internationally, please let us know via email and we will extend time). Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion.

         

        STORE CREDITPlease email: info@sugarhighlovestoned.com for a size exchange with your order number & the word "STORECREDIT" in the subject line.

        • b. Items must have been purchased online through us, not a retail store.
        • 2. You will then receive an email with instructions of your RA number. You MUST write this RA number on the OUTSIDE of the box. **Please note: if you do not have this number, your order cannot be processed**
        • 3. We DO NOT accept exchanges on SALE, vintage, jewelry, underwear, beauty products, discounted or items that were part of a special offer.

        • 7. Once we have received your parcel we will issue you a storecredit code for CURRENT ONLINE STORE PRICE minus the shipping charges. If the item has gone on sale (not a code-bearing promo), you will only receive the CURRENT ONLINE RETAIL VALUE.
        • 8. **STORE CREDIT / DISCOUNT CODES ~ Only one discount/storecredit code can be used for each order. Discount/storecredit codes cannot be combined. Store credit codes have a one time use only, if you have used a discount and there is a remaining balance left over, please email: info@sugarhighlovestoned.com for a new code with your left over amount.

        Items that are $200 or over, do get shipped with insurance & may require a signature. We suggest turning on your shipping notifications when your item has left the facility to keep track of it :)
        Stolen packages do happen, which is why we recommend all customer use a safe and secure address to ship their orders to.
